The Keller Masonic Lodge is excited to host the 19th Annual Keller Crawfish Krawl. Good times, good friends,
and good music! We are excited to use the proceeds from the Krawl to help our Keller Scholarship program,
as well as supporting other Masonic charities, including the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas,
the Shrine Hospitals for Children, and the Shrine Burn Centers.
Vendor Summary
ABSOLUTELY no animals will be allowed either as merchandise or as pets.
Identified service animals are always welcome.
Vendors will not provide for free, or sell any Crawfish, Cajun food, Alcohol, Soft Drinks, or Water
without prior written consent from Keller Masonic Lodge.
Set-up will begin at 7:00 a.m. and must be completed by 10:30 a.m.
There is NO electrical power available. Generators OK.
Bring your own tables, chairs, supplies and canopy.
Canopies MUST be weighted down. NO ground stakes.
Vendors are responsible for all permits, licenses and sales tax required.
Contact us if you have custom needs or special requests.
You will receive payment instructions after you submit your application and have been approved.
Approximately two weeks
before the event you will receive additional instructions and your booth assignment.
Once your payment is received, your business name will appear on the Krawl home page through December 31, 2027.
If you provide a web site
address or social media link in your application, clicking on your business name will take visitors to your page.
Food Truck Vendors
Keller Masonic Lodge will partner with all prepared meal food, drink and dessert vendors. Food Truck vendors include
any food vendor that has any kind of vehicle or cart with machinery that heats, cools, freezes, or prepares food for immediate consumption.
Food Truck vendors will
accept only Credit Cards through credit card readers supplied through Keller Masonic Lodge on the day of the event.
Food Truck vendors will keep 80%, and Keller Masonic Lodge will keep 20% of your proceeds from the event.
There will be a $150 security deposit with your application.
Each food vendor is responsible for City fire, County health or any other required permits.
Detailed instructions from City of Keller will be emailed when your space is reserved.
Food & Product Vendors
Food & Product vendors that sell food products such as honey, jams, cheese, baked goods, spices, beef jerky, etc.
are NOT considered Food Truck vendors and are NOT subject to the $150 deposit and 80%/20% payment split.
NOTICES AND POLICIES
- Festival hours are 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Keller Crawfish Krawl Festival will be held
RAIN or SHINE. There will be no refunds for inclement weather.
- All participant applications MUST be approved by Keller Masonic Lodge (KML). A valid application, verified
email address, agreement to these Notices and Policies, agreement to the Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement,
and Payment in full must be received prior to KML approval.
- KML reserves the right to reject a participant application at its sole discretion. KML also
reserves the right to select or refuse products and to limit the number of booths of the
same product.
- Any special booth space request must be noted at the time of your application.
- Festival set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Any participant not in place by 10:00 a.m. will NOT be allowed
to access their booth area and will not be given a refund. No vehicles allowed on Bear Creek
Parkway near the event after 10:30 a.m. Unload quickly. Do not block the roadway.
- Immediately after unloading, vehicles must be moved to your designated parking area.
Your vehicle MUST exit Bear Creek Parkway by 10:15 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Participants may not change spaces during the day and are limited to their assigned booth space.
- Participants must provide their own tables and chairs, canopies, and all other display items.
- Canopies must be weighted; Ground stakes are NOT permitted to anchor canopies.
- All sales, promotional and display items must be contained within your assigned area.
- You will be sent a package prior to the event with directions, vendor parking locations
and other information. Promote the event on all your Facebook and social media feeds.
- No participant shall sell, or provide for Free, Crawfish, Cajun food, other prepared meal items,
alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, or water without prior written consent of KML.
- Food & product vendors that sell food products such as honey, jams, cheese, baked goods, spices, beef jerky, etc.
are NOT considered Food Truck vendors and are NOT subject to the $150 deposit and 80%/20% payment split.
- No animals, except service animals, are allowed in any areas of the festival.
- KML or The Town of Keller shall not assume responsibility for damage or theft of your property.
- Participants are responsible for filing and paying all business permits, fees, and applicable taxes
directly to the proper agencies.
- Commercial vendors (Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.) will be limited to one per company.
- Participants must stay for the duration of the festival: 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and must
remain open for business until 8:00 p.m. Each booth area must be clean and free of debris at
departure. Closing early or leaving area dirty will result in a rejection of your application for
future events.
- Your booth must be staffed at all times and all participants, or their representatives must
conduct themselves in a professional manner. Shoes, appropriate shirts, pants, shorts, or
skirts are required at ALL times. Inappropriate conduct or attire will be grounds for
permanent eviction from the event without refund.

HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I, _______________,
the Undersigned individual, binding my heirs, executors,
administrators, estate and assigns, do hereby agree to completely and wholly release, indemnify and
hold harmless Keller Masonic Lodge (KML) and the City of Keller, their officers, agents, independent
contractors and employees, or event sponsors for any and all claims, damages, harm, personal injury,
including death, property damage, lawsuits and judgments, including court costs, expenses and
reasonable attorney's fees and all other expenses resulting from the activities, programs and events
occurring on the above-stated date or related to the stated festival.
It is the understanding of all parties that this release, indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall
apply whether or not the claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including deaths, property damage,
lawsuits, judgments, court costs, attorney's fees or any other expense arise from the negligence of
whatever nature, omissions, willful or intentional acts of KML, the participants or participants's officers, agents,
employees, independent contractors, other representatives, invitees, licensees, or guests.
If this participant is other than an individual, participant certifies, warrants, and represents that the individual
whose signature appears below is duly authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the firm,
corporation, partnership, or other entity who is the participant.
